Welcome to Elite Physio & Rehab. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and facilities. By accessing our website, making a booking, or receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
The Company provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation, wellness, and related healthcare services. All services are subject to professional assessment and clinical suitability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal, contact, and health information during the booking process.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, emergencies, equipment issues, or operational requirements.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Full payment must be made before or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse treatment or services if payment obligations have not been fulfilled.
4. Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All physiotherapy services are subject to a strict no-refund policy.
Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, no-show, or failure to attend the booked appointment.
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment once, subject to availability, within 30 days of the original appointment date. Rescheduling requests submitted after 30 days from the original appointment date may not be accepted.
Once an appointment has been rescheduled, no further appointment changes will be permitted.
All requests for cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, or exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. Late Arrival and No-Show
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.
Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will remain payable regardless of the reduced treatment time.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may forfeit any deposit and applicable appointment fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, health conditions, medications, injuries, allergies, and any other information relevant to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and may limit the Company's ability to provide services safely and effectively.
Clients must follow clinical advice, treatment recommendations, and rehabilitation programs as prescribed by their therapist.
7. Consent to Treatment
By receiving services from the Company, clients acknowledge that they have voluntarily consented to physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Clients understand that treatment outcomes vary between individuals and that no guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding specific results, recovery timelines, or treatment effectiveness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, practitioners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
